As an established arts organisation, it was important to us at TramShed to create the best possible footprint for our charity, and the website was very central to that. Having recently moved to Squarespace, there was clearly a lot to learn in terms of editing, page managements and understanding the mechanics of the available features.

After just three training sessions with Katy, we have learned so much and feel far more confident to access, edit and manage our page. Katy has a very friendly and flexible approach, which immediately puts you at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Squarespace and showcases that knowledge through the support shown.
