    You’ll get 25% off your first annual Squarespace payment if I’ve set up the site.

  • Unlimited revisions

    I want you to love your website so there’s no cap on the number of rounds of feedback and changes we do before launch.

  • Custom code

    Optional to enhance design and/or functionality (don’t worry, you’ll never need to interact with the code).

  • Website setup

    Adding all content including standard pages, blog posts, events, products or course lessons.

  • Design setup

    Website styling including your brand fonts and colours, or help setting up a basic brand if you’re starting from scratch.

  • Payments setup

    If you’re selling online, I’ll make sure everything is set up correctly using secure payment processors like Stripe or PayPal.

  • Accessibility support

    Guidance around colour contrast, page structure, alt text and other accessibility considerations.

  • SEO basics

    Essential settings configured so your site is properly set up for search engines, with guidance on best practice and AI search.

  • Page redirects

    If you have an existing website I’ll make sure all of the old links forward to the new website to avoid 404 page not found errors.

  • Testing

    Making sure your website works and looks great across different devices and browsers.

  • Domain connection

    Linking your existing domain to your Squarespace website or helping you to buy a new domain.

  • Training

    A pre-recorded video walkthrough of your site showing you how to add and update content, with additional training via Zoom available on request.

Example timeline

All projects vary so this isn’t a guarantee, but before we start you will get your own shiny personalised timeline.

    • We have an initial chat, normally over Zoom

    • If you’re happy to go ahead, I send you a simple contract to sign electronically and invoice for the first half of the work

    • Once those are signed and paid, I put together a timeline

    • I send you a scheduling link to book in project update calls (if needed)

    • You start sending me the relevant information (my website checklist contains an overview of everything you need to provide)

    • I start building a draft website structure

    • You continue to send over content and other relevant information

    • I start working on the design of the website and adding in content

    • I continue working on the design and content

    • I share a link to a password-protected draft version of the site, so you can see how it looks on your computer and phone

    • You review the site and provide feedback

    • We have an optional catch-up call to review the draft website

    • I update the site based on your feedback

    • We continue with revisions and feedback until you’re happy :)

    • If you already have a website, I set up page redirections so you don’t get any 404 broken link errors

    • I give you admin access for you to add your billing information (by working with me you also get a 25% discount on your first annual payment)

    • I connect up the domain to the new website, or help you to buy a domain if you don’t have one

    • We do final testing

    • We put the site live!

    • I record training videos for you so you can update it yourself in the future

    • You pay the invoice for the second half of the work

    • I transfer ownership of the site to you, but I normally stay on as an admin

    • I’m available for questions if you get stuck :)
